Guadalupe Gardens Coffee Cooperative

"Situated in Matagalpa, Nicaragua, at an altitude of over 5,000 feet within the natural reserve of the Peñas Blancas massif north of the city, our coffee thrives amidst jungles and volcanic soils. These elements impart sweet flavors and a balanced body to the coffee, making the experience of savoring this coffee truly unique"

Step by Step

The processes during the cutting and drying of coffee are perfectly traceable to its origin. Farmers receive almost double the payment from the New York Stock Exchange on each purchase, which enhances our impact at the community and family level.

The varieties of Marseillaise and Catimore

The Marseillaise adds a notable note of acidity to the cup, translating into a better body balance, while the Catimore contributes Grade 1 grains that contain more sugars, delivering a perfect balance.

Deliver a balanced Roast Profile

In the roasting profiles, you can discover citrus notes of orange, chocolate, and fruits. Typically, the coffee from the Cooperative averages 82-88 points according to the SCA ranking, as tested by Q-Grader specialists. It is suggested to roast it at a medium.

Our Goal

To be a platform that allows farmers to access better prices for coffee, safeguarding the family unit as the cornerstone of society.

Changing Lifes!

We have directly collaborated in the construction of the local school and actively support the promotion of life-changing values.

Twice the Stock Exchange

Our farmers receive an extra payment above the stock market, resulting in a greater injection of capital into the community.

The Nicaraguan Matagalpa dark roast is very good. It is so delicious that I haven't been doing to cafes for coffee.

Lori Keleher

We’ve tried multiple stores but settled on the Matagalpa dark roast because it gave us the strong flavor we wanted.

Matt - Love the dark roast
